Start of the march through Adelaide on 15 January 1941 of No.7 Platoon under the command of Lieutenant Hammond (from the 2/3rd Machine Gun Battalion). Mr Ted (Lewis) Morton is one of the soldiers in the photograph. It features the platoon marching along Victoria Drive near the Torrens parade ground.
